The Executive Chairman of Isi-Uzo Local Government Area of Enugu State, Hon. Obiora Obeagu, has been officially declared winner of the prestigious African Grassroots Good Governance (3G) Summit Leadership Award as Outstanding Local Government Chairman on Rural Healthcare and Infrastructure Development in Nigeria.
Hon. Obeagu’s emergence as winner is a reflection of his remarkable track record of service and visionary leadership since assuming office as the Executive Chairman of Isi-Uzo Local Government Area.
