Rt. Hon. Paul Nnajiofor, the Special Adviser to the Governor of Enugu State on Legislative and Assembly Matters, has commended Governor Peter Ndubuisi Mbah for what he described as a groundbreaking transformation of the state’s transport sector and other strategic reforms.
