The Executive Chairman of the Enugu State Universal Basic Education Board (ENSUBEB), Prof. Hyginus Banko Okibe, has joined other well-wishers in celebrating His Excellency, Dr. Peter Ndubuisi Mbah, the Governor of Enugu State, on the occasion of his 53rd birthday anniversary.
In his statement, the ENSUBEB Boss, Prof. Okibe lauded Governor Mbah’s transformative leadership, particularly in the education sector, emphasizing his commitment to modernizing basic education, human capital development, and infrastructural renewal.
