Speaking at a town hall meeting with members of the Igboeze North/Udenu community resident in Ibadan, Hon. Chinedu Eya, the house of representatives candidate; Igboeze North Udenu Federal Constituency under labour party, alongside Hon. Solomon Apeh (Sodak), outlined his vision of using industrialisation to unlock the economic potential of the constituency.
Eya stressed that the *communities possess abundant resources that can be processed locally and taken to wider markets, creating jobs, businesses and new sources of wealth for the people.
From cashew and palm-based products to other agricultural resources, he noted that the opportunity is not simply in producing raw materials, but in adding value, building industries and connecting local production to national and international markets.
Drawing from his knowledge and experience in exportation, Eya argued that our people have the resources to prosper; what is needed is the structure, investment and leadership to turn those resources into sustainable economic opportunities.
From raw resources to real wealth. From potential to production.
