...Says dedication, service and merit deserve recognition
A frontline aspirant for the Enugu State House of Assembly seat for Awgu North Constituency under the platform of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), Hon. Joachin Chukwuebuka, popularly known as Bigjo, has reaffirmed his commitment to building a constituency where hard work is rewarded, opportunities are created, and every citizen is given a fair chance to succeed.
In a strongly worded message to the people of Awgu North ahead of the 2027 general elections, the youthful politician declared that his aspiration is anchored on the principle that "No bees, no honey; no work, no reward," insisting that those who labour for the progress of society deserve recognition and support.
According to him, the popular adage, "He who works must chop" (Onye rụrụ ọrụ ya rie), perfectly captures his vision for a new Awgu North where leadership is driven by service, fairness, and commitment to the welfare of the people.
Hon. Chukwuebuka noted that for too long, many hardworking youths and community leaders have remained unrewarded despite their contributions to the growth and development of the constituency, stressing that his administration, if elected, would usher in an era where merit, dedication and sincerity are appreciated.
The ADC candidate maintained that Awgu North deserves a leadership that creates opportunities for young people, empowers women, supports small businesses, and ensures that development reaches every community in the constituency.
He promised to champion policies and programmes that would unlock the enormous potential of the constituency, particularly in the areas of youth empowerment, education, entrepreneurship, and community development.
"Every individual who contributes to the growth of our constituency deserves a fair opportunity to succeed. Leadership should not be about a few people; it should be about creating opportunities for everyone willing to work and contribute to society," he stated.
Popularly known as Bigjo, the House of Assembly hopeful said his aspiration represents hope for the youths and strength for the people, assuring constituents that he would offer transparent, inclusive and people-oriented representation at the Enugu State House of Assembly.
He therefore called on the people of Awgu North to embrace a future where talent is encouraged, hard work is rewarded, and leadership remains accountable to the people.
As political activities gradually gather momentum ahead of the 2027 elections, supporters of the ADC candidate have continued to describe him as a grassroots politician whose vision resonates with the aspirations of young people and the ordinary citizens of Awgu North.
With his campaign slogan, "Hope for the Youths, Strength for the People," Hon. Joachin Chukwuebuka (Bigjo) says he remains committed to working with the people to build a more prosperous and inclusive Awgu North Constituency.
"Vote for hard work. Vote for progress. Vote for a leader who will serve with integrity and commitment."
"Vote Hon. Joachin Chukwuebuka (Bigjo), ADC Candidate for Enugu State House of Assembly, Awgu North Constituency."
