The Chairman of Enugu East Local Government Area and State Chairman of the Association of Local Governments of Nigeria (ALGON), , has warmly welcomed Ndi Enugu and the people of Nkanu East Local Government Area to the month of April, urging them to embrace the season with hope, unity, and renewed confidence in governance.
