The Nkanu East Local Government Council has announced the official inauguration of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Local Government Wards and Caretaker Committee, a major political event set to strengthen the party’s grassroots structures in the area.
According to the Council, the ceremony will hold as follows:

The event is being organised in line with the leadership of notable APC figures featured on the official banner, including His Excellency, Barr. Dr. Peter Ndubuisi Mbah, Executive Governor of Enugu State; Dr. Ben Nwoye, APC Enugu Caretaker Chairman; and Hon. Sydney Okechukwu Edeh, Chairman Nkanu East LGA / Chairman APC Enugu State Deputy / National Publicity Secretary (ADC).
The Council noted that the inauguration marks a strategic step toward repositioning the party for broader engagement, enhanced internal coordination, and strengthened political participation across all wards of Nkanu East.
“All stakeholders, party faithful, community leaders, support groups, and the general public are hereby invited to attend this important occasion,” the announcement added.
