Ambassador Chidubem Ugwueze JP with delegates of the Assembly joined the Assembly's Legal Adviser, Hon. Barr Ferdinand Ukwueze, the Executive Chairman of Igbo Eze South, who made a remarkable contribution by empowering an Enugu youth with a brand new laptop during the event of Nzuko umu Ntorobia.
