The 17-year-old son of a pastor of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) has been killed by gunmen in Mararaba, a Nasarawa state community, neighbouring Abuja.
According to Daily Trust, the minister, Ifeji Ausin Oha, was attacked by heavily armed bandits in his home at Gwagwalade, Mararaba in the early hours of Monday, February 9.
It was gathered that after being inflicted with machete cuts by the hoodlums, Ifeji managed to escape, forcing them to abduct his wife.
At the same time, the kidnappers shot his son, Augustine Onyechisoka Evans, who attempted to defend his mother and inflicted more machete cuts on him in the presence of his other siblings.
