Businessman, philanthropist, and politician Alhaji Sani Friday Nnaji has paid the 2025 West African Examination Council (WAEC) registration fees for 103 students from Mbu Community in, Isi-Uzo LGA of Enugu State.
This act of kindness is not unusual for Alhaji Sani, as he has a history of philanthropic efforts, paying the terminal examination registration fees for students. This gesture stemmed from a desire and commitment to promoting education in the community. Alhaji Sani's compassionate gesture aims to support underprivileged students, ensuring they have access to quality education and a brighter future.
In statement signed by the principal of Community Secondary School Mbu, Mrs. Eze Patricia, she thanked Alhaji Sani for lifting what has become a heavy burden off the shoulders of students and their parents stating that this is a relief for the students of CSS Mbu.
Mrs. Eze acknowledged that the entire people of Mbu were blessed to have a man with a large heart, who loves education and is ever ready to support children to realize their dreams and academic endeavours.
Alhaji Sani Friday Nnaji is a businessman and philanthropist with vast experience spanning over 25 years in building and managing businesses across various sectors. He is the Founder/Chairman of ANSAR Group with subsidiary companies like Ugwuanama Farms Ltd, and ANSAR Technologies. He is also sitting as the President/CEO of Alhaji Sani Friday Nnaji Foundation through which he has over the years trained and empowered over 2,000 farmers in modern agricultural mechanization, provided scholarships to over 100 students home and abroad, and provided electricity to his community Ugwuanama Mbu.
